Peter Jackson gets green light to make ‘The Hobbit’

~Roll mouse over photo to derobe~

Alright all you Lord of The Ring fans, the word is in that you will get your cake and eat it too. Everyone’s favorite little hobbit Peter Jackson has ended his standoff with New Line Cinema and agreed to direct both The Hobbit and it’s sequel (I didn’t even know there was one). The films will be shot simultaneously, and principle photography begins in 2009 and the films are slated to release in 2010 and 2011. Yeahhh LOTR?!

Bob ‘The Bitch’:
Dee, once again you’ve gone and forgotten to take your pill today. ‘LOTR’ is one of the greatest trilogies ever made, second only to Star Wars (original series). The Hobbit is going to be amazing. Sometimes when I wake up, as I always do with a bottle of Jack D and Zanax pills spread all over my torso, I sit and contemplate to myself what reason do I have to leave my house today? And then I remember that The Hobbit is gonna get made and I think, “2011..well’s to four more years.” I top off the Jack and then get dressed.

Can’t wait. JR Tolkien knows how to write and Jackson knows how to direct. Should be great
