Last month, Britney Spears was seen shopping for homes in Hermosa Beach. Derober has learned that she has actually purchased a Spanish style beach front home for 6 million dollars. The original asking price was 8.5 million. Britney might be crazy, but she knows where to find a good bargain. One problem here: Hermosa Beach is NOT Malibu. There are no gated communities in Hermosa Beach. It’s very community oriented and young. We would know. The Derobers used to live there. In fact, stay tuned, we’re headed there this afternoon to do a little digging.
