Last month, Britney Spears was seen shopping for homes in Hermosa Beach. Derober has learned that she has actually purchased a Spanish style beach front home for 6 million dollars. The original asking price was 8.5 million. Britney might be crazy, but she knows where to find a good bargain. One problem here: Hermosa Beach is NOT Malibu. There are no gated communities in Hermosa Beach. It’s very community oriented and young. We would know. The Derobers used to live there.
