Knoxville was in Cape Girardeau filming a movie called Killshot. The movie took place downtown and they closed the street in front of the bar I work at called Broussard’s. I met him at Rude Dog Pub (across from Broussard’s)and we were talking about the movie. I said “unfortunately we couldn’t make any money but it is great publicity”. That is when he gave me the $100 and I wasn’t going to accept it. I laid it on the table only to find out that he wouldn’t leave until I took the money. I took it and said to Knoxville “I’ll take the money only if you take a picture with me” he said. “I would be more than happy to take a picture with you, but that will cost me another $100!” Ha! Johnny Knoxville paid me to have my picture taken with him! He was soooo drunk. I saw him a week later and he gave me a big hug so I guess he was sober enough to remember me. Thanks, Johnny!
