The Alabama Supreme Court sided with British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen on Friday in a lawsuit filed by etiquette teacher Kathie Martin, who unwittingly appeared in his hit movie Borat. Kathie is the southern etiquette teacher pictured on the left. The court writes:

“It is sufficient to say that an eventful meal ensued during which the alleged reporter engaged in behavior that would generally be considered boorish and offensive.”

However, this is America and, like Kazakhstan, if somebody invites you into their house and you feel inclined to poop in a bag and bring it to the dinner table, that behavior is totally legal! Go U.S. and A.!

The rumors are true. In an interview with Telegraph UK, Sacha discusses his decision to retire both his Ali G and Borat characters:

“When I was being Ali G and Borat I was in character sometimes 14 hours a day and I came to love them, so admitting I am never going to play them again is quite a sad thing,” he said. “It is like saying goodbye to a loved one.”
