More: celebrity homes

According to Forbes.com,
Even Hollywood’s rich and famous can’t avoid the housing downturn that’s sweeping the nation. In Los Angeles, only 4,430 homes were sold in December, down 48% from the previous year. And prices fell 11% to an average $470,000.
Mark David, who runs the (super-awesome) celebrity real estate site The Real Estalker says homes generally don’t demand a premium just because a celebrity was living there. At the same time, famous buyers are unlikely to get any kind of a bargain, since sellers often push famous folks to pay full price..

The 23-year-old rocker, Avril Lavigne, may have finally sold her five-bedroom house in Beverly Hills. She listed the property almost a year ago for $6.9 million. After reducing the price by $1.1 million, the 6,900-square-foot home is now in escrow.

Brad Garrett’s massive 10,000-square-foot home comes complete with a pool, screening room and Zen garden. In September 2006, he listed it for $9.75 million. The Everybody Loves Raymond star has since reduced the price to $8.8 million. So far, no takers.

The 36-year-old mother of two, Denise Richards, sold her home in Hidden Hills, Calif., just north of Los Angeles, for $3.8 million in November 2007, after listing it the previous March for $4.5 million. The sale amounts to a loss for Richards, who bought the five-bedroom home in June 2006 for $4 million.

Dee:
According to douchebag manager Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears is. In an interview with US magazine Sam said:
“In the depressive episodes, it’s all crying. But in the manic episode, there’s very little crying or sympathy or compassion. She becomes another person. She becomes somebody that just doesn’t care about anybody or anything.” He goes on to say “when the pink wig comes on, it’s getting bad.”
Sam also claims that he, Britney and her psychiatrist are the “only ones” who know what brought on her bi-polar disease, an incident that happened roughly five years ago. But what the incident was we may never know.
Bob ‘The Bitch’:
Let me guess, Britney got one hand stuck in a cookie jar and the other stuck in the refrigerator and was unable to pull out the contents of either for nearly ten minutes. Britney snapped and has been traumatized ever since.

~How we pulled it off…~

Christina Aguilera appeared in public for the first time and brought along her massive mammaries for a CD signing at Best Buy.
She also mentioned that she has been brainstorming throughout her pregnancy for her new album which she says,
“This next album will have a whole new me. A different me.”
We beleive you X-tina. Any album will be new to the Derobers because we don’t any of your old ones. Sorry.

Dee:
There were a number of drugs present in Heath Ledger’s system when he died. According to the toxicology report, “Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine.”
This is widely being reported my many news sources but very few people are talking about EXACTLY what these drugs are and what they are capable of doing. It’s shocking to say the least that a doctor would knowingly put Heath on this cocktail of super-depressants. Here is the 411 on the aforementioned drugs:
Hydrocodone is an effective antitussive (anti-cough) agent, and as an opiate it is also an effective analgesic for mild to moderate pain control.
it is now considered that a dose of 15 mg (1/4 gr) of Hydrocodone is equivalent to 10 mg (1/6 gr) of morphine.
Oxycodone aka OxyContin is a central nervous system depressant. Oxycodone’s action appears to work through stimulating the opioid receptors found in the central nervous system. Those opioid receptors are what drives the dependence. They tell your body it needs more of what your giving it. Continue Reading: Heath Ledger died of an accidental overdose.
